Terms and Conditions of Use

HR App ("the App")

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HR App, a digital platform designed to facilitate interaction between employers ("Recruiters") and independent contractors ("Freelancers") for the purpose of providing job opportunities within the Lebanese Republic.

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms

HR App reserves the exclusive right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time and without prior notice.
Any modification becomes effective immediately upon its publication within the App or on the official website.
Continued use of the App following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2️⃣ Eligibility

  1. Use of the App is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  2. By creating an account, the user represents and warrants that they possess full legal capacity to contract.
  3. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

3️⃣ Account Registration

  1. Users are required to register and maintain a personal account to access the App's services.
  2. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.
  3. HR App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

4️⃣ Permitted Use of the App

  1. The App may be used exclusively for the purpose of connecting Recruiters and Freelancers within Lebanon.
  2. Users agree to comply with all applicable Lebanese laws and regulations.
  3. Any misuse of the App, including but not limited to fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.

5️⃣ Obligations of Freelancers

  1. Freelancers shall provide true, accurate, and complete information regarding their skills, qualifications, and experience.
  2. Freelancers are responsible for performing agreed-upon tasks with professionalism, accuracy, and due diligence.
  3. HR App shall not be liable for disputes arising between Freelancers and Recruiters; however, the App may, at its sole discretion and without any legal obligation, act as a neutral mediator in good faith.

6️⃣ Obligations of Recruiters

  1. Recruiters shall provide accurate, transparent, and complete job descriptions, including payment terms and required qualifications.
  2. Recruiters undertake to pay Freelancers in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed terms.
  3. HR App reserves the right to suspend or remove any account posting fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful job listings.

7️⃣ Payments and Commissions

  1. HR App charges a commission on completed transactions in accordance with its official pricing structure.
  2. Commission rates may vary depending on the user's membership tier (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
  3. All payments must be processed exclusively through the App's secure payment system.
  4. HR App bears no responsibility for any payments or financial arrangements conducted outside the authorized payment system.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, databases, and design elements contained within the App are the exclusive property of HR App or its licensors.
No user may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publish any part of the App without obtaining prior written authorization from HR App.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

  1. The App functions solely as an intermediary connecting Recruiters and Freelancers and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of services provided by either party.
  2. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
  3. HR App shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

🔟 Account Suspension and Termination

  1. HR App may suspend or permanently terminate any user account found to be in breach of these Terms.
  2. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the account settings.
  3. Account deletion does not release the user from any outstanding financial obligations incurred prior to termination.

🔒 Privacy and Data Protection

User data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the HR App Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the handling of your personal data in accordance with the terms of that policy.

🆙 Amendments to the Terms

HR App may, from time to time, amend or update these Terms.
Users will be notified of any material changes through the App or via email.
Continued use of the App following such updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

⚖️ Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Lebanese Republic.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
