Welcome to HR App.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to HR App (the “App”), a platform connecting recruiters and freelancers for job opportunities within Lebanon. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

HR (the "App") reserves the right to modify these terms ("Terms") at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will take effect immediately upon posting on this page or in any other section of the site. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms ("Terms") and all changes contained therein. Be sure to check this page periodically to stay informed of the most current version of these terms ("Terms").

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to use the App.
• By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to access HR (The "App") features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• HR App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the App

• The App is intended for connecting recruiters and freelancers for legitimate job opportunities within Lebanon.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• You may not use the App to post false information, spam, or engage in fraudulent activities.

5. Freelancer Responsibilities

• Freelancers are responsible for providing accurate profiles, qualifications, and portfolio information.
• Freelancers must complete tasks in accordance with agreements made with recruiters.
• HR App is not responsible for disputes between freelancers and recruiters, but may mediate in good faith.

6. Recruiter Responsibilities

• Recruiters must provide clear job descriptions, requirements, and payment terms.
• Recruiters are responsible for timely payment to freelancers according to agreed terms.
• HR App reserves the right to suspend or remove recruiters who post fraudulent or illegal job listings.

7. Payment and Commission

• HR App charges a commission on completed job transactions as per the App’s pricing structure.
• Commissions may vary depending on VIP loyalty status (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
• Payments between recruiters and freelancers are conducted through the App’s secure payment system.

8. Intellectual Property

• HR App or its licensors own all content, logos, designs, and software on the App.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• HR App is a platform connecting recruiters and freelancers and is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or actions of any user.
• The App provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• HR App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

• HR App may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary.
• Users may terminate their accounts at any time through the App.
• Termination does not release users from obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Privacy

• HR App collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

• HR App may update these Terms from time to time.
• Users will be notified of material changes via the App or email.
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
• Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon.
